Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and resolve issues for assigned facilities.
• Enter patient data and medication details accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date information for patients and facilities.
• Bill and credit facilities monthly accurately.
• Maintain production targets as directed by supervisor.
• Travel to individual homes for meetings or drug exchanges may be required.
• Assist in orienting and training new employees.
• Complete mandatory and regulatory trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
