Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience at all touchpoints.
• Registers sales on a cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in processing prescriptions and using pharmacy systems.
• Supports inventory management, maintains clean and merchandised counters and shelves.
• Handles customer questions, returns, and exchanges, and assists with photo services and web pickup duties.
