We offer more than just a job — we provide competitive pay, robust benefits, and genuine opportunities for career advancement.If you're passionate about shaping the future of pharmacy and making a difference in the lives of those who need it most, we invite you to grow with us.Job Summary:The Pharmacy Returns Technician ensures that company standards are maintained, and product integrity is preserved while processing returned prescriptions under the pharmacist's supervision.Duties/Responsibilities:Process customer returnsFile and save daily credit reportsSort based on Drug type and carefully place back in stock for re-sale (if applicable)Pop, cut and/or deblister medications for destruction (if applicable)Process expired medication and make inventory adjustments in computerSeal containers of discarded medications and/or expired medications in preparation for haul awayPrepare finished prescription product and proper labeling, including cautionary and auxiliary labels, as well as other light warehouse dutiesPackage materials and products manuallyAssist in pre-packing frequently ordered medicationsLabel and stock as needed during low volume timesReplenish stock and consumablesFollow all applicable government regulations including HIPAAComply with departmental policies regarding safety, attendance, and dress codeOvertime, holidays, and weekends may be required and/or expectedOther duties as assigned; Job duties may vary depending on business needsQUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
