Walgreens in North Smithfield, RI is seeking a Store Inventory & Operations Associate to manage inventory across front-end and pharmacy, assist with planograms, and ensure accurate on-hand counts. You will support pricing, stock, and vendor returns while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities include training teammates on inventory procedures, handling deliveries, and assisting in-store operations to meet On-Shelf Availability targets.

Competenze

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens or one year of prior retail work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Mansioni

• Responsible for executing, monitoring, and training inventory best practices and SOPs for the entire store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Champions On-Shelf Availability and is responsible for receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and inventory processes.
• Executes and coaches team members on warehouse and vendor inventory management processes including creating, reviewing, and receiving orders.
• Scans deliveries, marks received, and coordinates with vendors to correct orders.
• Verifies pharmacy shipments postings and reports shortages or damaged products.
• Completes On-Shelf Availability end-to-end processes for planogrammed departments, including disposals and vendor returns.
