Job summary

CVS Health in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks a Senior Manager for Pharmacy Post-Audit Operations to lead appeals, escalations, and post-audit communications. You will drive timely, accurate execution and oversee regulatory change implementations across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in healthcare/pharmacy audit, 2+ years in people leadership, and an active pharmacist license. This hybrid role requires in-office presence Tue–Thu with remote days others.

Qualifications

• Background in pharmacy audit and/or pharmacy operations or related field.
• Strong people leadership skills, including coaching and development of team members.
• Sound judgment for complex, sensitive, or escalated audit matters.
• Experience uniting stakeholders with differing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication and meeting facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the pharmacy post-audit team, setting priorities and providing feedback.
• Own timely, accurate, and compliant completion of appeals, escalations, and post-audit correspondence.
• Monitor workload, timeliness, quality, and performance; identify risks and improve execution.
• Review complex audit disputes and determine resolutions and documentation.
• Lead implementation of pharmacy audit regulatory changes and maintain compliance controls.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Product, Technology, Operations and other teams to translate requirements into processes.
• Lead meetings, align stakeholders, document decisions, and move cross-functional work forward.
• Lead strategic projects to advance the Pharmacy Post-Audit team objectives.
• Create and maintain team reference materials and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and strengthen controls.
