CSI Pharmacy, LLC is seeking a Referral Coordinator to gather and communicate information and preparation instructions to patients and referring providers. The role will obtain prior authorizations, complete benefit requests, and process pre-certifications on-site in Plano, TX.

Typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm CST, with compensation of $26–$28 per hour. A Pharmacy Technician License is required within 90 days of start, with experience in home infusion preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the authorization and pre-cert process for each assigned referral.
• Follow up on referrals receipt.
• Process referrals for requested services, ensuring timely and thorough completion.
• Monitor referral requests for completeness and obtain additional information when needed.
• Enter referral/authorization data into the EMR.
• Send information to patient’s insurance and referring specialist to coordinate referral.
• Interact with clinical staff, sales team, and insurance team.
• Ensure referral is completed per guidelines within the timeframe.
