Express Scripts Pharmacy, a division of Evernorth Health Services, part of The Cigna Group, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician focused on quality assurance. The role supports automation, dispensing, and cross-department collaboration to drive quality and efficiency in pharmacy operations.

The position requires 3+ years of pharmacy tech experience, Indiana licensure, and strong PC skills. Benefits start day one, with PTO and 401(k) eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant working experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Experience in a pharmacy dispensing setting is required.
• Indiana Pharmacy Technician license.
• General PC knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and adapt quickly.
• Willingness to assist team members and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor automation lanes and support bottle spotting teams for quality issues.
• Respond to floor quality-related calls across departments.
• Research patient medication events and report findings.
• Collaborate with departments to improve building operation and quality.
• Document and manage quality audit processes for all departments.
• Assist in development and updating of Standard Operating Procedures.
• Contribute to training and development of team members.
• Demonstrate leadership aligned with Cigna Values.
