Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist in the United States with active license and ability to obtain Alaska licensure within 1 year.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Experience in quality improvement initiatives within healthcare settings.
