BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Quality Assurance leader to develop, communicate and execute QA activities tied to operational, contractual and compliance audits. You will oversee planning, reporting and remediation, while mentoring staff across practices.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license, a four-year degree, 5–7 years of related experience and prior supervisory background. Expect travel as QA plans are executed across geographic locations.

Competenze

• Four year college degree.
• Holds a current license as a Registered Nurse.
• Five to seven years related experience.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Able to read and interpret business documents.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
