Job summary

KabaFusion is looking for a Nursing Quality Assurance Coordinator to oversee the agency's QA and PI programs. You will work with nursing and pharmacy teams to support quality improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

The role involves data collection, training staff, and coordinating QA activities across branches, with a focus on improving patient care and documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of a registered nurse with active license in state of practice.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in clinical record audits, developing plan of cares, or QA audit experience.
• CPR/BLS certification and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical record audits and QA data collection for the agency's PI program.
• Coordinate quality improvement teams and maintain documentation of all activities.
• Provide patient teaching for new nursing patients as needed.
• Assist with accreditation surveys and ensure compliance with state regulations and ACHC standards.
• Monitor POT/POC orders/recerts and ensure timely documentation.
