Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience in inventory control and purchasing.
• Active professional license if required by state law (Pharmacy Technician Certification or National Certification) to practice as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Order drugs and supplies for pharmacy based on established points and directives.
• Ensure items meet customer service, operations requirements, and pricing models.
• Maintain inventory levels using approved inventory control programs and policies.
• Review daily purchasing needs to ensure uninterrupted product flow.
• Communicate shortages or stock changes in real time and coordinate resolutions.
