Job summary

Tarrytown Expocare Pharmacy in Minnetonka, MN is seeking a Pharmacy Technician- Production for a Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CST onsite position in our long-term care facility serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities nationwide.

You will pull stock, dispense and label prescriptions, and prepare unit-dose packaging (blister cards) with accuracy, while performing quality checks and packaging orders for delivery.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active MN State Board of Pharmacy Technician License.
• Can perform pharmacy calculations.
• Understands basic pharmacy language to interpret prescriptions.
• Ability to complete projects promptly.
• Ability to work with little oversight and/or guidance.

Responsibilities

• Pull correct stock bottles from inventory and stage prescriptions for packaging.
• Accurately dispense and label prescription orders.
• Prepare unit dose packaging (e.g., blister cards) as directed.
• Pull correct pre-packed blister card and affix prescription labels.
• Sort and organize completed prescriptions.
• Perform quality assurance checks as directed.
• Prepare orders for delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
