Pharmacy Production Supervisor (Finance)

Supervise hourly pharmacy technicians under the direction of the general manager, assistant general manager, and pharmacists to ensure accurate, timely, and safe completion of all operational activities at the pharmacy central fill facility. Responsibilities include workload balancing, scheduling, training, basic troubleshooting, and performance feedback. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Other National Pharmacy certification
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve PC hardware issues
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Store pharmacy experience
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accuracy, safety, quality, and regulatory standards are met daily
  • Coordinate and coach pharmacy technicians for maximum productivity
  • Identify and provide training opportunities
  • Resolve hardware issues during daily operations
  • Assist with inventory control
  • Participate in the Quality Management Committee
  • Perform administrative duties, including interpreting production reports, creating schedules, and correspondence
  • Provide technical support to the Central Fill facility and stores
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and security, maintaining confidentiality
  • Deliver accurate and timely supplies to Central Fill stores
  • Supervise and coach team members, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback
  • Participate in Quality Management Committee functions up to 10% of the time
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
