Job summary

MultiCare Cancer Institute, part of MultiCare Health System in Washington, seeks a Supervisor-Pharmacy Practice to oversee pharmacy activities within their area and support pharmaceutical care across the health system.

The role reports to the Director/Manager of Pharmacy and requires a Washington State pharmacist license, with two years of pharmacy experience and leadership skills. A PharmD or advanced degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State pharmacist license.
• Two years of relevant experience as a pharmacist.
• ASHP residency program completed or preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (PharmD or Master's).
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy activities in the assigned area.
• Supervise pharmacists and/or technical staff.
• Collaborate with pharmacy managers and other supervisors to support pharmaceutical care across the health system.
• Promote and integrate pharmaceutical care practices throughout the health system.
