Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an experienced Pharmacist for an inpatient hospital assignment in Colorado. The role focuses on sterile compounding, medication dispensing, and clinical review in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The pharmacist will support ER/ICU/inpatient services, work 10-hour shifts with weekend rotations, and participate in on-call coverage. A Colorado license and BLS are required, with Epic and Pyxis experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with Colorado license.
• BLS (AHA) certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital/acute care settings.
• Experience with sterile compounding and hospital pharmacy operations.

Description:Hiring Process includes profile review and interview with unit manager.Clinicians should ensure they are in state for the week of orientation.Department covers all hospital service areas including ER, ICU, Inpatient, Imaging, and Hospice.Common duties include Pyxis pulls, patient review, DTMs, MDR rounding, phone triage, and medication protocols/dosing.Staff will work a variety of shifts and every other weekend.Shift times vary between 0600 and 2200.Every 4th to 6th weekend is required.Holiday requirements are assigned as needed.There is an on-call requirement of one night per week.The medication dispensing system uses Epic and Pyxis.Scrubs provided are hospital laundered.The department provides general and specific orientation.Looking for experienced, friendly, flexible, and hard-working individuals.Cancellation policy allows for up to 4 shift cancellations per 13-week assignment.Charting system utilized is EPIC.BSN is not required.License submission is necessary.Care setting is inpatient acute.
