Job summary

First Connect Health in Durango, CO is seeking a pharmacy professional to support hospital operations, including sterile compounding and medication distribution across ER, ICU, inpatient, imaging, cath, and hospice areas.

You will perform Pyxis pulls, patient reviews, DTMs, MDR rounding, and phone triage while following medication protocols and dosing guidelines. Shifts are 10 hours, weekends rotation, with on-call one night weekly.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a range of hospital pharmacy tasks including Pyxis pulls, patient reviews, DTMs, and MDR rounding.
• Handle phone triage and adherence to medication protocols and dosing schedules.
• Work shifts across a 10-hour schedule with weekend rotations and on-call nights.
