Job summary

3B Healthcare, Inc. seeks pharmacists for Mercy Hospital’s Inpatient Pharmacy to support sterile compounding and hospital operations. Responsibilities include Pyxis pulls, patient reviews, DTMs, and MDR rounding across all hospital service areas.

Shift variety includes 10-hour days with every other weekend; on-call one night weekly. Epic EHR and Pyxis are used for dispensing. Scrubs provided, orientation included, and Colorado licensure required.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with Sterile Compounding and hospital pharmacy operations.
• Colorado Pharmacist License required; BLS certification.
• Experience with Epic EHR and Pyxis dispensing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform Pyxis pulls and patient review.
• DTMs and MDR rounding.
• Phone triage and patient communication.
• Follow medication protocols and dosing guidelines.
• Support hospital pharmacy operations across ER, ICU, Inpatient, Imaging, Cath, Hospice.

• Hiring Process: Profile Review: Profile Review with MedSol Clinical, Interview with Unit manager at facility
• Radius: 60 MILES, DL must be submitted
• Week of orientation: Please ensure clinicians are in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remote

Pharmacists work a variety of 10 hour shifts and every other weekends. Shift times vary between the hours of 0600-2200.
