Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource for inbound calls related to non-clinical inquiries.
• Coordinate medication delivery and payment through inbound/outbound calls.
• Maintain accurate patient information to ensure timely distribution of medications.
• Respond to customer inquiries or route to appropriate staff for resolution.
• Assist with prescription status, refill scheduling, and insurance verification.
