Birdi is seeking a Patient Care Representative to deliver exceptional service to patients regarding prescriptions, orders, deliveries, billing, and account information. The role acts as a primary contact for patients and their representatives, resolving inquiries with professionalism and compassion.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility for extended hours and home-based opportunities where applicable.

• Route inquiries to appropriate departments as needed.
• Document patient interactions per standard operating procedures.
• Enter patient and insurance information accurately into systems.
• Maintain complete and accurate account records.
• Utilize multiple software systems to access patient information.
