Ardon Health in Portland, Oregon seeks a Patient Care Advocate to join our award-winning specialty pharmacy team. You will deliver exceptional customer service to program members, respond to calls, and perform outreach to support patients on their treatment journey.

The role is full-time and on-site with a competitive hourly salary of $22.88–$25.75, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K match. Experience in pharmacy or healthcare is preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active Oregon Pharmacy Technician License required.
• Six months to a year in a medical office or pharmacy is preferred.
• Customer service experience in healthcare settings is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as liaison between patients, providers, and the pharmacy.
• Review prescriptions and confirm insurance and information for processing orders.
• Explain programs and services to patients and provider staff.
• Communicate with patients regarding refills and address questions with healthcare professionals if needed.
• Schedule prescription refills and maintain documentation of calls.
