Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Patient Advocacy Coordinator in Scottsdale, AZ. This full-time role starts at $23.00/hr with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for hires starting before October 31, 2026.

Remote work may be possible after on-site training, with hours Mon–Fri by MST; responsibilities include helping patients access financial resources for co-pays and navigating assistance programs. The position requires a HS diploma, 1+ year of patient assistance or advocacy, and pharmacy

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication, organizational and customer service skills.
• Experience in patient assistance or advocacy is preferred.
• Registration with Board of Pharmacy as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients and families in accessing financial resources for pharmacy co-pays.
• Navigates nonprofit and manufacturer assistance programs to fit patient needs.
• Explains insurance benefits and co-pay structures; assists with applications.
