Job summary

Onco360 Pharmacy in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Patient Financial Advocacy Coordinator to help patients access financial resources for pharmacy co-pays and navigate manufacturer and nonprofit assistance programs. This full-time role requires strong communication and organizational skills, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of patient advocacy experience; remote work may be possible after on-site training.

Qualifications

1+ years of patient assistance or advocacy experience.
Registration with Board of Pharmacy as required by state law.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Assist patients and families to access financial resources for pharmacy co-pays.
Maintain knowledge of health insurance and pharmacy benefit coverage.
Support applications for nonprofit and manufacturer assistance programs.
Explain insurance benefits and co-pay structures clearly.
Maintain patient demographic and insurance data in CPR+.
Collaborate with pharmacy operations and cross-functional teams.
