Registration with Board of Pharmacy (as required by state law).
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Assist patients and families to access financial resources for Pharmacy co-pays.
Aid patients by explaining the process and helping fill out applications.
Navigate nonprofit and manufacturer programs to identify best resources.
Maintain accurate patient demographic and insurance data in CPR+.
Collaborate with pharmacy operations and cross-functional teams for seamless service.
