Job summary
Wipro Limited in Jefferson City, Missouri seeks a Second Level Pharmacy Review Contractor 1 (RN) to provide effective support for drug authorization reviews and assist with education of call center staff. Responsibilities include reviewing drug prior authorization requests, applying policy and clinical judgment, and ensuring timely escalation to meet SLAs while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications
- Active Missouri Nursing License and RN credentials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with 1+ year professional experience or graduate with 2+ years.
- Experience with Utilization Review and strong written/verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Review drug authorization requests with policy and nursing judgment.
- Work across systems to gather information for pre-certification decisions.
- Educate and lead call-center staff on processes and guidelines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot client queries with clear step-by-step guidance.
- Maintain logs of all queries and ensure SLA adherence.
