Job summary

Wipro Limited in Jefferson City, Missouri is seeking a Second Level Pharmacy RN contractor to review drug authorization requests and lead call center staff. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7am–5:30pm CST, non-exempt, with some holiday coverage as volume requires.

Must hold an active Missouri nursing license and nursing degree with relevant experience. Responsibilities include analyzing drug reviews, applying policy, and using multiple systems to complete prior authorizations.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with an Active Missouri Nursing License.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing with at least one year of professional nursing experience, or Graduate of school of nursing with at least two years of professional nursing experience.
Varied nursing background and experience (hospital, physician’s office, outpatient facility, UR, etc).
Computer Skills and Utilization Review experience, desired.
Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries.
Provide product support and resolution to clients by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
Assist clients with navigating around product menus and facilitate better understanding of product features.
Troubleshoot all client queries in a user-friendly, courteous and professional manner.
Maintain logs and records of all customer queries as per the standard procedures and guidelines.
