Responsibilities:

1. Read store orders from a tablet or RF unit, including item locations, descriptions, and quantities needed.
2. Select the required merchandise and place it into a tote or box.
3. Move totes or boxes of merchandise (up to 30-50 pounds) using safe lifting techniques.
4. Maintain high accuracy in merchandise selection.
5. Work efficiently with a team of 10 or more employees on pick lines.
6. Meet or exceed performance standards of 100% or greater.
7. Keep work zones clean at the end of each shift.
8. Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
9. Cross-train in other warehouse duties as needed.
10. Comply with CVS Health warehouse policies and DEA regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Good communication skills.
• Certification on all necessary equipment.
• Ability to work overtime.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience.
