What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Provide phone coverage for incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate staff members
  • Acquire knowledge and proficiency in pharmacy benefit management (PBM) and mail order resources to effectively assist members and clients
  • Resolve customer service issues and pharmacy network problems to ensure client satisfaction
  • Assist with on-site client orientation, health fairs, and business conferences
  • Perform office duties such as copying, collating, mailings, filing, and processing credit card transactions

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
  • Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
  • Completion of mandatory training programs, including HIPAA Privacy Course and HIPAA Security Course
  • Exceptional phone and listening skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service or customer service role
  • Familiarity with pharmacy operations and medication management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
