Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Cycle Fill Order Entry Technician to support the pharmacy by accurately entering and triaging monthly medication orders. You will handle calls, faxes, and electronic orders, verify patient and prescription information, and route orders to the appropriate teams.

This role operates in a closed-door pharmacy environment and requires Minnesota state registration, strong attention to detail, and customer-service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minnesota state registration required for pharmacy technicians.
• At least 6 months of pharmacy experience.
• Working knowledge of SIG codes in prescription processing.
• Proficiency in accurate data entry and attention to detail.
• Customer service experience in pharmacy/healthcare.
• Experience using pharmacy software including Frameworks ECM.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate patient profiles in the pharmacy system.
• Receive prescriptions and refills via fax; verify completeness.
• Enter and process monthly orders in order-entry systems.
• Process prescriptions with third-party insurance billing.
• Answer calls and route to appropriate department.
• Communicate with facilities and clinicians about orders.
