Job summary

Polaris Pharmacy Services in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an Order Entry Technician for full-time employment. You will enter new and refill prescriptions, respond to customer inquiries, and support process improvements while adhering to safety and HIPAA rules.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Pharmacy technician licenses/certifications required by state regulations.
• Minimum of one year working as a pharmacy technician (long-term care pharmacy preferred).

Responsibilities

• Address and respond to customer inquiries and requests.
• Contribute to ongoing evaluation and improvement of client services, policies, and procedures.
