Job summary

Polaris Pharmacy Services of San Diego is seeking an Order Entry Technician to enter prescriptions and refills into the pharmacy system with speed and accuracy. You will respond to customer inquiries and support continuous improvement while complying with safety policies and regulations, including HIPAA.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Pharmacy technician license/certification required by state regulations.
Minimum of one year working as a pharmacy technician.

Responsibilities

Enter new and refill prescriptions into the pharmacy system.
Address and respond to customer inquiries and requests.
Contribute to evaluation and continuous improvement of client services, policies, and procedures.
Comply with safety, attendance, dress code, and HIPAA regulations.
