Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy of Southeast Florida is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Operations Manager for an on-site role in Boca Raton, FL. You will lead Supervisors and Technicians, manage staff scheduling, and drive efficient, accurate pharmacy operations while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in high-volume pharmacy settings and at least 2 years in a supervisory role, with strong problem solving and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in high-volume pharmacy operations.
• 2+ years of experience as a manager/supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop Supervisors/Lead Technicians.
• Schedule staff to meet workflow within budgeted guidelines.
• Ensure efficient, accurate operation and high customer service levels.
• Evaluate workflows and implement improvements to meet deadlines.
