Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care activities including patient registration, prescription data entry, preparation of medications, counting and verification where allowed by law.
• Handle patient and physician calls under pharmacist supervision; assist with health services offerings as permitted by law.
• Delegate, direct, and assign non-clinical tasks to staff within company policies to ensure on-time task completion.
• Prepare and file reports required by company and government agencies; maintain inventory accuracy and security safeguards.
• Manage workflow, schedule activities, and coordinate with store/pharmacy teams; ensure proper operation of department equipment.
• Adhere to Good Faith Dispensing policies and report prescription errors; assist with insurance claim processing and third-party audits.
