Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• PTCB certification (except in Puerto Rico).
• At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in retail or hospital setting.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and admin activities to ensure efficient workflow and positive patient experience.
• Operate pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy technicians.
