Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician (retail/hospital).
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• PTCB or ExCPT certification is required (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacist in patient registration and prescription data entry.
• Assist with vaccines and health screenings where allowed.
• Ensure accurate processing of insurance claims and address rejections.
• Lead non-clinical tasks and ensure workflow efficiency.
