Job summary

Walgreens in Minnesota is seeking a full-time certified pharmacy technician to support non-clinical pharmacy operations and patient services. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• PTCB certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• Minimum one year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow and positive patient experience.
• Assist pharmacist in delivery of patient care including registration, data entry, preparation and verification of medications, and patient calls under pharmacist supervision.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy technicians, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and disciplinary actions.
