Oxford Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Supervisor for a direct hire, onsite role in Pittsburgh. You will lead a team supporting pharmacy benefits, insurance verification, claims, and patient outreach operations.

The ideal candidate has strong people leadership experience and a background in pharmacy or healthcare, with the ability to drive metrics, coach staff, and ensure high service levels in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

5+ years in leadership or people management.
Experience in a metrics-driven, high-volume operational environment.
Background in pharmacy, healthcare, medical insurance, or related industry.
Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of pharmacy benefits and claims specialists.
Manage daily workload distribution, staffing coverage, productivity, and service levels.
Monitor performance against established metrics and operational goals.
Conduct performance reviews, provide ongoing feedback, and develop improvement plans.
Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new staff.
Oversee onboarding and training to ensure employees are prepared to perform effectively.
Identify workflow improvements that increase efficiency, quality, and consistency.
Partner with other operational teams to resolve issues and maintain a high level of service.
Address performance concerns through coaching and corrective action.
