Qualifications

- Experience coordinating teams, multi-site operations, or staff training.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across locations.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving.
- Comfort with data analytics and reporting tools.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily multi-site pharmacy operations.
- Ensure consistent workflows and service delivery.
- Monitor KPIs to support revenue growth.
- Coordinate staffing and workflow adjustments.
- Support inventory control and compliance processes.
