Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain complete and accurate documentation for prescription fulfillment and billing.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and refills.
• Prepare and process customer orders accurately and timely.
• Review and enter confirmations of orders and medical documentation for dispensing RXs and billing RXs.
• Generate and fax confirmations to providers for approval and request required documentation from providers.
• Follow up daily with providers for documentation when needed.
