PharMerica in Lihue, HI is hiring a Pharmacy Operations Support to join our closed-door pharmacy team serving long-term care and senior living clients. You will handle administrative duties, payroll scheduling support, and ensure accurate records and timely order delivery.

We offer a strong benefits package, training, growth opportunities, and a $2,500 sign-on. Schedule is Mon-Thu 8:30a-5:30p, Fri 8:30a-12:30p, every other Saturday 8a-12p.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (This establishes the baseline educational requirement).
• Pharmacy Technician License desired.
• Experience in pharmacy operations or administrative support is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administrative support for pharmacy management: general duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Payroll and scheduling assistance: timekeeping, scheduling, attendance tracking.
• Personnel file maintenance: organize and maintain employee records.
• Productivity reporting support: prepare and review reports.
• Workflow monitoring and staff coordination with Pharmacist and supervisor.
• Order tracking and issue resolution: monitor, research discrepancies, ensure timely completion.
• Operational coverage as needed: back-up in roles like Pharmacy Technician or Distribution Coordinator.
• Audit response and documentation: respond to requests and verify prescriptions.
• Record maintenance and compliance: maintain prescription records per regulatory standards.
• Support various special projects as assigned.
