PharMerica in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Operations Support to join a non-retail, closed-door team serving long-term care and senior living clients.

You will provide administrative, payroll, scheduling, and record-keeping support, work with leadership on productivity reporting, and help coordinate workflow and delivery launches. A Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician License is a plus, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Windows-based software and standard productivity tools.
• Experience in pharmacy operations or administrative support preferred.
• Pharmacy Technician License is desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support for pharmacy management and operations.
• Payroll and scheduling assistance including timekeeping and attendance.
• Maintain personnel records in compliance with policy.
• Prepare and distribute productivity and performance reports.
• Monitor workflow and coordinate staff with supervisor guidance.
• Track orders, resolve discrepancies, ensure timely delivery.
• Provide backup coverage in related roles as needed.
• Respond to audits and maintain prescription records.
• Support special projects and initiatives in the pharmacy.
