Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Pharmacy with license to practice.
• 3–5 years of managerial experience in retail pharmacy.
• Registered Pharmacist (RP) in Pennsylvania upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical activities of the pharmacy to ensure delivery of safe and effective patient care.
• Maintain patient records, prescriptions, and other documentation in keeping with policies and laws.
• Manage fiscal matters, inventory control, and human resources in the retail pharmacy.
• Provide implementation and training of new or existing policies and procedures.
• Interact with co-workers, patients, visitors, and staff in line with Jefferson Health Core Values.
