Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a data-driven, high-growth environment.
• Degree in Healthcare, Business or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in the pharmacy, healthcare, or medical insurance industry.
• Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, accountability, and high performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor Insurance Verification and Patient Outreach teams.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Drive workload distribution and productivity across teams.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and quality standards.
