The role drives analytics, performance reporting, and process improvement to ensure compliant, cost‑effective operations across service lines, with oversight of budgeting, vendor governance, and cross‑functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's in business/management, health care administration, finance or related field.
• MBA in Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Five years in pharmacy business operations plus three years of leadership.
• Equivalency: 1:1 substitution of experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Oversees budgeting, purchasing, inventory management, and contracting.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and HRSA 340B program stewardship.
• Guides data analytics, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Leads cross‑functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Compliance.
• Manages recruitment, onboarding, and development of a business operations team.
• Sets strategic plans and drives process improvements across service lines.
