Job summary

- Developing and monitoring quality and safety programs in pharmaceutical care.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership direction for clinical pharmacy services across the hospital.
- Develop annual work plans to meet goals and performance metrics.
- Lead quality assurance, auditing, and compliance with standards.
- Oversee staff assignments, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage enterprise communications on projects and initiatives.
- Support budget planning and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Deliver complex project management and program leadership.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
