Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, seeks a Pharmacy Operations Representative in Tempe, AZ. The role supports packaging, loading/unloading, and ensuring timely delivery, with a Monday–Friday 10:30am–7pm shift.

You’ll coordinate with carriers, manage supplies, and maintain accuracy in labeling and documentation while collaborating with coworkers to uphold productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years relevant experience.
• Intermediate office equipment skills.
• Ability to understand mathematical conversions.
• Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly resolve problems and develop favorable solutions.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Sort packages to the correct carrier pallets.
• Wrapping pallets if needed.
• Ordering supplies.
• Loading and offloading trailers.
• Ensuring the automation is running smoothly.
• Ensuring the packages are getting to the carrier in a timely manner.
• Performs related duties as required.
• Ensure that the address prints correctly on each package.
• Communicating with vendors via email if needed.
• All bags are correctly sealed; Printers are accurately loaded with the correct paper.
• Work collaboratively with all coworkers to ensure that best-practices are shared while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Keep work station clean at all times.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
