Job summary

Amerita, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Pharmacy Coordinator to manage retrieval of clinical documents, communicate with patients and teams, and greet visitors. The role requires organization and basic healthcare experience.

Responsibilities include EMR documentation, handling calls and messages, and supporting clerical duties to ensure smooth operations in a clinical pharmacy setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of management and staff.
• Vast knowledge of pharmacy terminology and process.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicates effectively across pharmacy and/or corporate teams and with patients, and successfully resolves issues.
• Tracking all pharmacy documentation and entering into EMR system as necessary.
• Answers incoming calls and takes messages; transfers callers to the designated party.
• Greets guests and handles incoming mail.
• Other duties as assigned.
