Responsibilities

• Communicates effectively across pharmacy and/or corporate teams and with patients, and successfully resolves issues
• Tracks all pharmacy documentation and enters into EMR system as necessary
• Answers incoming calls, takes messages, and transfers callers to the designated party when applicable
• Greets guests, handles incoming mail, and performs other duties as assigned
• Supervisory responsibility: None

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
• Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician
• 1+ years pharmacy or other healthcare‑related experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of management and staff, vast knowledge of pharmacy terminology and process
• Ability to multitask in a demanding environment
• Excellent organizational skills and mindfulness

Physical Requirements

Constant sitting, typing on a keyboard, occasional standing, walking. Ability to push/pull and lift/carry 21‑30 lbs.
