Amerita is seeking a Pharmacy Coordinator in Englewood, CO, to collect clinical documents, manage calls, greet visitors, and support clerical duties in a patient-focused environment.
The role is on-site, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and Paid Time Off. A high school diploma is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred and healthcare experience is a plus.
The Pharmacy Coordinator will be responsible for the collection of clinical supporting documents needed to care for our patients, including, but not limited to: laboratory results, signed written orders, assignment of benefits, and ongoing clinical documentation. The Pharmacy Coordinator answers incoming phone calls and directs calls to the appropriate person. This role is responsible for greeting all visitors, directing visitors to the appropriate person or location and assisting with miscellaneous clerical duties.

To perform this role will require constant sitting, and typing on a keyboard with fingers, and occaasionally standing, and walking. The physical requirements will be the ability to push/pull and lift/carry 21-30 lbs
