Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PTCB certification (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations; ensure efficient workflow and positive patient experience.
• Assist pharmacist with prescription data entry, patient registration, counting, and preparation of medications.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy technicians.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and daily pharmacy operations.
• Handle insurance claims processing and respond to customer inquiries to resolve issues.
