Responsibilities

• Develop work schedules, process payroll, and ensure accurate timekeeping.
• Coordinate care with physicians and departments to maintain service quality.
• Monitor the quality assurance program and address issues promptly.
• Participate in policy development aligned with Medical Center goals.
